INSTRUCTIONS TO LANDLORD. The City of Miramars COVID-19 Emergency Rent and Utilities Assistance provides rent and/or utility payments up to three months for a maximum of $7,000 for the rent installments not fulfilled by the tenant. Payment is made to the landlord and the utility company.
